Shadow has a pretty strong chance of winning this, especially if he has at least 2 Chaos Emeralds on him. 1 probably wouldn't be enough to overcome Ryuko's nearly instantaneous regeneration abilities. Also, Ryuko generally prefers to win fights by cutting the opponent's clothes off, which isn't going to work here. If Senisoshitsu has any effect at all, it'll just remove Shadow's limiter rings...which would would make him even stronger.

The sword Ryuko wields can literally stop life fibers from regenerating. Shadow can at any time, take the scissor blade from her and since Ryuko’s body is made up of nothing but life fibers, the scissor blade stops all of that from happening. Just pierce the heart or slash the body a few times.
