When you start off beginners in boxing make them throw Jabs all rounds for two weeks straight. And the next two weeks after that, throw the right hand in the mirror on all rounds , then the same for the hooks, then they advance to thrown' all punches for all two weeks all rounds straight, with the clock. Slowing it down for Beginners is how you make honest money. Pro-boxer Carl is also a Great Martial Arts mixed with Pro-boxing skills . Pro-boxer Carl can start a Boxing gym , Fitness workout gym with martial arts Classes also on the side.

I remember my first boxing coach told me if you can box you can dance. That was in 1989. Much appreciated coach. Stay consistent with the videos. I’ll be in contact.

Coach can you make a video specifically on how to master the straight and cross? I feel like I’m somewhat off balance when throwing that punch

Thats a European hook right there. It has its benefits in Olympic boxing, so generally in amateur boxing and bare knuckle fight.

I'm 21 seconds in, and I can tell this guy knows what he's talking about.. I'm watching his footwork, as I boxed myself in the past.. I'm now 48, but I believe I'm in the best shape of my life.. I'm 165lbs, with about 18 inch arms, and about 12% body fat.. I'm thinking about getting in the ring for a few fights, just so I can say I did it.. Any thoughts?

I’m the guy that requested this video lesson. You came through quick. Thanks. Your footwork is fast.. I’m going to put you at slow playback speed on this KZbin and watch. I have no rhythm. I have to start footwork very basic. **One more request. Can you demonstrate that Tyson move where he jabs, ducks to one side and comes up with a quick, powerful upper cut?
