Bear traps working on bears, throwing food to distract wildlife, and the armored hatch all seem like the most plausible things to add into the game. Two of which seem like they'd just be simple tweaks, and the armored hatch...well, someone's already modeled, animated, and made it...Facepunch could just... buy it from them and save themselves a lot of annoyance with making it work (supposedly)

For the Rock-It-Launcher, You would have to craft a Rock+Beancan Grenade to make the projectile, the projectile would then be loaded into the launcher with the Beancan grenades normal fuse hanging out of the top. The fuse would be the same as the Beancan, meaning the launcher could fire right away, or be delayed and even have a dud which you need to relight in order to shoot again. The model for the projectile would be a rock with a beancan taped on or you'd load the beancan and then stuff the rock down. You could even have a "go green" idea to the launcher and have it launch all kinds of recycled garbage, nails from the nailgun, metal fragments, e.t.c

For the MRE, I'd imagine you'd have to have cooked potatoes and corn first, and then you'd use the mixing table to combine a cooked meat and a cooked potato/corn, with a tarp (or other suitable component for plastic) for packaging in a ratio (say, 4 cooked meat, 4 cooked potatoes, 1 tarp for 4 MREs). Of course, if you can cook vegetables, you'd need to have them give you seeds upon harvest like hemp, rather than upon consumption as they do now.

What I've been wanting is an ATV/quad, even before the introduction of the snowmobile. Same concept where it is a two person vehicle. The idea of battery powered vehicles is interesting, though. Grab a small battery, charge it up at your base, then pick it up and plop it in your vehicle and go. May even be something that could be done with the drones?

We need "Roof Frames". Similar to the floor frames that can be used with ladder hatches (love the armored hatches and would love a 3 tier system for that). The roof frames could be used with doors/windows/bars/hatches to make a geodesic dome or similar? Imagine the garden bases, or roof defense, or whatever you could do with that extra functionality.

Imagine the fear striked into your heart as you hear the pogo guys approaching. Leaping over your defenses. I think you should not be able to use weapons while on it, but it should be something you can put in and take out of your inventory. It should be a higher tier than a ladder, maybe tier 2. It helps you access places you otherwise couldn't have, but isn't necessary.

At first I thought the weapon strap was for something else and that I think would totally make sense as an attachment: quick drawing. I think there was a mag on PUBG which would allow you to switch to that weapon faster. Something like that should be in Rust.

I like the rock/potato cannon concept. make it require a diving tank as a ammo/fuel source. make it make a annoying hissing sound as it charges up, maybe even make it extra spicy and give it like a 5 or 10% to explode on ya and deal x amount of dmg.

mre irl have heat chemistry so you can warm up your food and beverage. Also includes coffee. I'd imagine rust mre could not only heal you but for the colder environments keeps you marginally warmer for a duration even if you're naked. Maybe also with the caffeine you get a small boost in reduced damage you recieved because it's a stimulant at the cost of losing your thirst a little. Maybe it's a slow heal over time? Different menu mre gives different buffs as well as debuffs making it situational?

MRE is dry so it should dehydrate you atleast -40. You can drink water to survive thirst. Or adding water with package meal create a dehydration+10 and food bar +60-80. Cause it's a full course meal. And creating it needs to be exact same amount nutritional value foods. About the name. It should be called "MRE" and what inside package looks like"MRE(CORN,BEAR MEAT, PUMPKIN)"

I've always thought loud noises should scare animals. So tier 2 and above weapons should scare them away but silenced weapons shouldn't scare them. Deers get scared already so it doesn't make sense that during a 10 man fire fight a bear is casually looking for a snack.

You know there are other types of rocket launchers out there and we haven't gotten anything in the explosive weapon department in a hot minute, how about a more military grade variant like a Hive launcher or something that has lock-on features for air vehicles it would let us put SAM turret missles to an alternate use and as long as its not craftable would still see enough balance for it to not be everywhere, maybe a new sort of enemy boss at air field or something along those lines has a shot at dropping it or it drops in the locked crate there.

Armored LH would be great, no patches. And the MRE, but I would change the US Gov. logo into a Cobalt logo and I would make it better than a pumpkin, as though I would say you can only eat it while having a fire close to you. And I would make it not craftable but lootable it would be in my books as rare as a MP5A4.

7:40 Regarding the feeding of bears to distract them, It would NOT be realistic. One of the first things you learn about bear defense is NOT to feed it! when you run out, you're dead! Instead there should be Bear Spray in the game. It would also be a quieter way of getting rid of them than guns, and it would make more sense. I wonder how Bear Spray could play a role in Pvp?? I think it'd be interesting.
