Shadowgate NES - Quickie Review | Nefarious Wes

In the same vein as other point-n-click adventures such as Déjà Vu and The Uninvited, Shadowgate on the NES follows the same gameplay as those two aforementioned titles, and seeing as all three were developed by ICOM Simulations and published by Kemco, are very similar, yet different. How does this horror-inspired game hold up?

We actually used to play this one a lot as kids, we Never really got very far but we played it alot anyways trying to figure out the puzzles. That main theme music is awesome too.

+DubiousGamingOnline I love the soundtrack to this game! When I was a kid I could get a bit further than the troll on the bridge, but that was about it.

Eric Sandoval Thanks! I haven't played Uninvited yet, and now it's expensive. I plan on picking it up eventually, though. The game at 0:16 is Castlevania Rondo of Blood.

sad this was so short, just as the review started to get going.. I love/hate this series of games.. There is so much poking around to do.. and the looming timer that isnt present makes it wayy more tough.
