I don’t understand why the blade dance conduit was even made. Blade dance if I’m not mistaken is a 8.7 second cool down, so if blade dance applies essence break which lasts 8 seconds, then you wouldn’t even be able to blade dance again with the 40% increase damage. It’s essentially just increasing the damage of your chaos strikes, which is already a legendary.

Cd scales with haste, and u have half cd by default while in meta

Luca Antoniel yeah I know but then that conduit is only viable during your meta window, which if your not running demonic, is only gonna last 30 seconds so you have to have a 5% proc chance in that window.

Well...It all started after WoD when they realized(?) that they couldn't keep adding new talents and new abilities as there could be a ability bloat problem and/or class homogenization like it was in MoP(sort of). So they decided to give our new bells and whistles through these borrowed power systems so each xpac has a pseudo clean slate after it...and I understand that but personally I think it creates the equal amount of issues, specs and classes leave xpacs in horrible states at times, powers/abilities you take for granted are placed in talents or in other borrowed systems and can feel like crap. Not sure what the perfect solution is outside of...don't add class changes or new abilities on an expansion basis, just leave them be once they are at their sweet spot...though that could be boring. That said, its no excuse that some specs are 'incomplete' till they have their borrowed powers. First build the core spec/class, then add the other systems.

I agree we needed some nerfs, but Blizzard is going WAY too far with the nerfs. 5 min CD darkness, 3 min CD Netherwalk(Not an immunity, 100% damage reduction), huge haste loss, talent that should be baseline not being made baseline, loss of the 100% dodge, 6 sec demonic, changes AIMED to push us towards momentum (Universally hated build). Only thing we have left is the magic debuff now. Our damage in 8.3 relies almost solely on RNG. Without all the borrowed power we have now, we're nothing. And it seems Blizz want to keep us at that. All in all they needed to take something, but they took everything for the sake of pvp balance, leaving us pve DHs almost useless shells now.
