I remember listening to that Arthurian Legend episode of History Hit. 100% agree it's some good stuff. Slight side, Rome Remastered has a mod called Arthurian Total War (ported from the original RTW and updated), if you ever felt the urge to play something a bit more inspired by that timeframe.

Damn on the footage loss I know how that feels yesterday I played for an hour of what was meant to be the second video for my empire at war campaign as Zsinj and well I wasn't recording, so I missed out on a full hour of footage so yeah its a damn shame to lose a lot of things. By the way I saw that Dol Guldur backstab coming the moment I saw that army show up, I'm not surprised but on the brightside you can ally Khazad Dum, moral of all this never trust an orc.

That pushing in sieges happened, i think, when the devs found out that it was impossible enter a settlement, it took forever to fight through the gatehouse. I suggest on the CA forums the Greek phalanx could push forward, and before we knew it, all attacking AI units could push like an Allblack scrum. So I'm partially to blame. :D If you type EXIT in the top left window, i think that will get rid of the debug windows ?

The new nvidia app beta does seem much smoother for myself rather than shadowplay. I like the quick menu more as well :)

As much as i talk shit of the Journeymen unit, it is surprisingly useful, they have large shields, simple maces and crossbows. Which is probably why their stats are so weird. (Maces are also apparently quite easy to use, I've been told.) Because they are armed like a man who is assuming that they won't get armour. And you, know, unlike a farmhand pikeman, they don't have a big long pike to help them.

Hey speaking of Generals. EPM total war managed to get his wraith general killed by his own ballista tower in in of his streams. (It has since become a running joke on his streams lol) Good stuff! Ps: hes a fantastic player that was just a fluke lol.

I know this isn’t exactly the easiest thing to do on the Moria battle map, but I’ll purposely give the AI more breathing room to group together because of that push through bs. It isn’t as severe if they aren’t choked as bad.

Hello, friend. Many thanks to Ligizd for his amazing voice of Balin. I watch his KD campaign and I also write a story there, so everyone is welcome to read it and give some likes... On the campaign, now, we have an interesting situation. In the east, the fied is now very open for a good counter attack, that will reach Calenhad, while at the same time you bash the Rohirric armies to the dust. Dol Guldur's attack is the perfect excuse to expand further, as a possible attack in Rochburg means that the Orcs of Mirkwood hold either Edraicharn or Limhir - or possibly both. Why not take them for us?.. In the West, it's time to pause our expansion at this sector, so as to settle down the economy and recruit more units. Possibly you can expand towards Argond, albeit this will open your front and Bree will have a wider frontier to attack you, Tharbad is a nice choke point and has as powerful walls as possible in this stage. As my thought extends further, I'm pretty sure that one day Mordor will become an attacker as well - which is the reason why I recommend strongly the expansion towards Calenhad and finishing Rohan quickly. My eyes turn to Enedwaith as well, albeit they are a useful biffer against Gondor, but they can become very annoying. Finally, Saruman makes me feel even more uncomfortable. These thoughts, however, are only yours to consider. Have a nice time.
