Jason TheDogCatcher I agree. Nu-Clear Sounds gets no love in the press, but I thought it had some great songs. A Life Less Ordinary is my absolute fave

Always this assumption by people that if an album didn't sell so well, it's not so good. Nu-Clear Sounds is a great example of that misconception. I love that album loads. Yes, it's probably also my favourite Ash album, although that's not to say that 1977, Free All Angels etc aren't also great listens. I just saw them play the FAA 21st anniversary show in Manchester on Thursday night. I'm so glad I was born in the 80s and grew up in the era of quality music! They're still awesome live.
