The buddy that gives you a copy of the left-most card in your hand is a good one. It creates more engineers for an infinite loop. But getting that buddy is pretty hard so don't force it if you don't have a plan to get that buddy. Some sources: Hero that gives buddies, helpful refreshes give buddies, you could steal it. Some are easier than others.

Zorgo did this combo many times. The trick is to full your hand and not play the golden ones but the normals. With Kalecygos on the board the stats grow very quick!

Regarding your question @Shadybunny - please give us the comparison. Why? If nothing else than at least for science. But in general, I didn´t feel that lower mmr opponents made less good videos during your f2p challenge. The quality of your content comes from your way of playing, explaining your actions and also your emphatic way to deal with controversial comments from chat. I don´t care if your vods show an account bopping from 12.5k mmr to 13k over and over again due to swings or a 0 to 15k challenge. More important is the content creator and how whatever is shown is presented.

As for your premise: "Paid is only *marginally* better than F2P" I would both agree and disagree. For you- I agree, for new players- I disagree 'Less experienced' players would struggle. more, with the hero choices. You have lots of knowledge and experience with almost ALL the heroes. The pass allows less experienced players to, more consistently, play heroes in a smaller pool- so to speak. They can practice and play on 4-5 different heroes and be able to play them pretty consistently.

you need basically a full hand and only use the 10th non golden engeneer to get another one so your animation time doesnt screw you over.

Free games can be extremely unlucky with hero picks. Sometimes it makes a massive difference and you're destined to end up top 4 at most, but I wouldn't say it makes you end on 8th. That's reserved for making dumb and/or greedy plays.
