Finally watched Menace II Society today after peeping this video here and there for the past few years. The one I got was in 1080p and I kept thinking "man they really got the 90s vibes right" even though it's literally a product of its time lmao (it just looked that good). Found the movie to be a good take on the disenfranchised black youth of America at the time (it sucks that these are issues people are still facing right now) and that ending...it hit different maaaan (not gonna spoil or say it was good or bad or anything, if you haven't peeped it just watch it). Also, as a black dude myself, I'm really glad that I didn't have to go through that type of stuff in my life.
