Couple of questions sir... 1. The LRS for that 300 sq yards is on the name of previous to previous owner and I just have a PDF of the proceedings that I downloaded from the ghmc site... will that document itself work as original proof for our 150 sq yard plot?? 2. While applying LRS, will the current market value be considered or the value in the sale deed is considered. For example, lets say registration happened in 2006 where the sq yard market value was 5000 and while applying LRS lets say in 2015, the market value is 15000. No other registrations happened after 2006, so while applying LRS in 2015, which value will be considered for calculating charges? is it 5000 or 15000? Sir, please kindly reply...

Have a plot in GP layout which is facing 60 feet road but the master plan has the road as 100 feet. I understand that the HMDA is going to take 20 ft from each side to increase the road width. Does HMDA compensate for the land even in the GP layout? If yes, does HMDA offer TDR for plots outside of the Huda area?
