These ladies are so good together. Both hugely talented women.

I love the way Siobhan dresses differently depending on whether she's with Bananarama or Shakespeare's Sister. Both her and Marcella usually wear the goth-style makeup when they're talking about Shakespeare's Sister or performing.

An unusual track that I can across oh back in the old days (many many and thrice maaaaany moons a go hahaha) was 'Dirty Mind', no, I didn't hear the original till many (there's that word again lol( years later. Being a teen/early 20s, I had an eclectic taste in music, and so, the was a Dance Album from various DJ's/Artists called Gold On Black by FFRR Label. On it was 'Dirty Mind' (E-ZEE Remix), and I was hooked. From then on, I looked for other Shakespear's Sister stuff, original and mixed and it's all good. Peace to fellow fans of these beautifully weird darlings... 🦇😎🇬🇧

Interesting how NO ONE, since they have reunited, wants to call out Siobhan for the "letter" at the Ivor's. Why doesn't Siobhan just say "yeah, that was kind of bitchy of me, sorry Marce" and move on? Just own that you did a shitty thing. We've all done shitty things. You can even tell from Marcy's reaction to Siobhan trying to explain it away that Marcy just wants to move on from it or things could get heated. Siobhan won't own it - Marcy prefers to agree to disagree.

Aaaaand THAT.... respectfully for them, IS really how it should be. They're trying to move on, and yet, it seems you're joining the ranks of "let's dredge up the past some more and cause pain, stress, anguish and strenuous emotions with, and between these two... 'Y U NO RISSEN !!!!' Even the TV presenter, after Marcella started to change the direction of the conversation by mentioning the new tour, started pushing it again with a stupid question like "So when you met up again, how was it like, 'Hi, How are you', Oh please.. even after you said "Yes, and we won't go there".... Contradict much? Take over old coals like the rest of the mass media much? Delusions of self grandeur much? No, they've said what they want in public, they've made peace, agreed and disagreed to each other in their own ways, said to each other what they want in private, they're moving on, so... Respect THEIR wishes, STOP being bitchy and MOVE ON ALREADY!!!

When Siobhan says that whole thing was a misunderstanding in this interview it got really tense. Marcy's response didn't seem like she believes that, but at least she pushed past it pretty quickly. It's pretty clear that Siobhan had some serious mental issues going on at that point, so to your point she should just admit it was terrible, apologize, and move on. No one believes that was a "misunderstanding".

Sibon was the problem clearly

Yeah, and even in this interview it feels a little tense when Siobhan is saying the "public sacking" was a misunderstanding -- Marcy's reaction clearly says she doesn't see it that way. Glad they moved past that pretty quickly.

Sibohana was called crazy by the vile press

Dont take it so literally, i think Siobhan would readily admit she was crazy at time, thats not to dispute your point about the press being vile of course

She was acting crazy back in 93 when "the letter" got read firing Marcy. I'm no fan of the press but I can't blame them for making that comment when that's what it appeared like to most of us.
