Really amazing. We've all been drinking terrible coffee until the blind shaker came along. Carry on the good work. ❤

Actually to be honest, I have been tasting good coffee even without wdt or blind shaker. It is just that knowing these methods and how taste of thr espresso can be enhanced in one way of another makes it even more interesting and more tasty!

The main problem with shaking vertically is that tons of retention gets stuck on the lid. You have to tap hard to get it back.

Hi CY, love your videos especially during these shake or stir controversy going on (esp since BH did their on diff types of Shaker vs Autocomb experiment with contradicting results from Lance's and others' findings) However, I think the sample size is too small to come into conclusion that horizontal shaking taste best. Given that the hypothesis behind the shaking was mostly "densification", then vertical and horizontal shaking is the way to go. Anyways, Still waiting to see how it unravels scientifically. Keep brewing and debunking Cheers.

Yeah. You are right. Nothing conclusive but to collect more data, I will continue to perform the same test as many times as possible.

@@CaffeMartellaSingapore as I'm grinding I spin the basket around to distribute the grounds, it's time consuming to do but it's working for me
