You're definitely right about the cotton being ages. On my dad's 1 it takes 3:30 which is ages and gets rather whiny. However I found white cotton only takes 2hrs 20mins which is way faster and less whiny motor From it. But I love trying every cycle his innex has which is what I do. but I always have extra rinse where possible. The sports cycle on his innex also works as a pre wash which for 200 quid is brilliant. It's also more stable than my grandmother's Blomberg which we wedged some wood between the top of it. This has A+++ and his only have A++

Why doesn’t the Dyson contrarotate? Is it broken?

I bought one that does contrarotate and one that doesnt as it was cheaper to get a second one that doesnt and i thought itd be easier to repair if needed. They ended up switching off most of the contrarotators because of complications
