yes in rig veda , in the 10th mandala in 125th shlok there is devi suktam. where devi's mahima is mentioned. And there are nearly 7 -8 Shakta upanishads like Bahvricha upanishad, Tripura tapini upanishad etc. Even goddess Saraswati is also Rig vedic deity. And goddess Kaalratri is also indirectly told. Sree Suktam and Ratri suktam are also Vedic. And it is belived by shaktas that The dominant goddess of Atharva veda is Atharvana Bhadrakali who is none other than Pratyangira. Even Mundaka upanishad mentions the name of Kali. in taittriya upanishad goddess Durga is called Durgih.
