I'd go lipless over squarebill but agree on the other two. Could also go buzzbait just to have a 12 month topwater presentation in there but the spinnerbait can be bulged/waked for a similar presentation.

A weightless fluke is my favorite shallow water bait. You can skip it into anything and get it out through anything.

Finesse dominates shallow fishing these days in my opinion. They get the MOST pressure of any fish in any lake but under the right conditions I agree.

A spinnerbait in winter? I accept a small jig but spinners and cranks will just bounce off the water until it hits a snowbank
