I'm SO SO SO glad Ben stuck to his guns. There is NOTHING WRONG with sticking to your sound. Too many bands feel that they need to evolve the band or change up the style and I love so much the consistency of BB. I know the band had their beefs and whatnot but Ben came out stronger than ever and the last 7 years have been pure gold

For those of you who don't know, Ben Burley filed a law suit again Aaron Fink and Mark Klepaski saying they made unilateral and unauthorized decisions on behalf of the band, including giving permission in May for the new recording and remix of "Blow Me Away" without his consent. Ben has now fired both the guitarist and the bassist from the band and now it is only Ben himself and Chad Szelgia (drummer) left in the band.

yeah, they have a 5 record deal/contract signed to hollywood records. if they do release their 5th album, it will either be 2012 or 2011, cause they usually make albums pretty fast. a year or two of touring and they're back in the studio.

I met Ben in Mesa, Arizona back in 2015 before the concert, and he was one of the nicest person that I met. Plus, I took a picture of me and him. Very nice guy. As long as you’re nice to him, then he is nice, kind person.

hey guys, if you go to the shallow bay website, and listen to "fade", it sounds just like "diary of jane". "I will not bow" is based off of "unknown soldier". and "crawl is based off of "breath". so yeeah, listen to the previews of all 11 tracks ( I don't think there's an acoustic song for special edition CD's unless they release them later). "Into the nothing" sounds like a mix of "sugarcoat" and "had enough" while "dear agony" is basically the same as "here we are". It's basically recycled. =)

Its not going to matter.. This will be the last record and probably the last tour. They had a 4 record deal with Hollywood.. Ben hates touring and when you listen to the lyrics of this album, all signs point to it being the last. I'd expect to see him working with other bands as he was but not independently anymore. Sad but true..

Eh, I Will Not Bow is a pretty solid lead single for anything from the last 2 records, but I wish they would branch out a little bit. Listening to every band member go "yeah.. were just doing the same thing we have always done" "writing the same stuff, just a little sharper" really bums me out. I want to feel like they are trying as a band, and even though I Will Not Bow is a good song, I feel like they aren't even trying anymore, just rehashing the same ideas.
