We can't play 4 at the back we are not good enough, this experiment needs to end now because things are not going to get easier the next few games. Dawson needs to start unless he's still not fit enough because for me he's the only real quality defender we've got, we sold the other one. There are several people in this team who are just not good enough, they weren't last season and they're not now. Forest is a really tough game and that's the easiest we have!

Well, what a game that was. Much to like about the first half performance (exhilarating, edge of the seat stuff) and yet sadly MUCH MORE to learn overall. I’m honestly trying not to be too disheartened as I think we’re gonna see off a lot of teams this season, we just DESPERATELY need to sort the defence out. We’ve gone from being relatively strong defensively and having ZERO goal threat to vice versa. The positives - We finally have a proper No 9 again and he was loving it, it’s great to see. Feed Larsen and we’ll be banging goals in double quick. Cunha is/was on fire again, Lemina pretty good in nearly every respect, as always and as far as first half football goes, it was exciting end to end stuff The negatives - Defensively we’re an absolute MESS, an absolutely diabolical SHAMBLES and whilst the four is definitely enabling us to create and attack more we simply haven’t got the personnel to accommodate it IMO (not against the quality Chelsea have at their disposal anyway). They showed the quality they’ve amassed at great expense and as good as we were in the first half, our PENNY PINCHING will NOT have us even remotely competing with the likes of that. Toti cannot play it, it’s as simple as that. We appear to be effing about in the market again, O’Shea to Ipswich, Carmo to Forest, where the F are we getting a quality and ideally PL proven CB back from? We’re being linked with every winger on the planet and yet our one REAL glaring issue since Kilman went is DEFENCE. Toti for me wasn’t great again, not good enough, he simply can’t handle the four, RAN even stood off the one goal too and we were so, so WEAK on that left side. They’ve battered us, absolutely battered us and it is what it is but we seriously need to PRAY there’s something cooking for the defence before this window closes because in a four, that team is totally unbalanced.

Punditts have said we're relegation material. Cant argue with that. A word of advice to gary o'neil, forget your stupid plan of playing with a flat back 4 it just aint gonna work. We are set up 2 play with a back 5 and unless we do the pyndits will be proven right. O'neil apparantly said wolves dont have restrictions on them and can spend whatever they want. Really gary ? Why are your brentfords, fulhams, westhsm spending big money on players but wolves are offering mostly in the region of 4 to several million ? Gary unless you get the backing of fosun and you wont coz theyre fleecing our club. Sols stars last season and brought no one in and now we've sold 2 more stars SO FAR and weres the money for those players ? What have we spent, about 20 mill or just over ? Shameful. I’m lost for words if I’m honest I’ve been trying to be positive recently as I found the negativity just after the season ended tiresome. However today was just embarrassing and all I’ve learned was that we need to reinforce our defence our transfer business has been lethargic and lacking ambition. I’ve tried to be more positive about FOSUN and other things around wolves recently but I just want them to reaffirm their commitment financially to the club or look for new owners I’ve had enough.
