It’s so easy to sign up for service, but nearly impossible to end it. They seem paranoid about losing a customer. Your New York City videos were interesting and enjoyable even after your Bell Canada experience.

This is so annoying. Bell is so irritating. I also got so fed up and so rarely get mad about things but I did with the relentless calls. Very manipulative. I agree. You may still get another call/mail out. They also treat their employees in an awful way and I never contribute to Bell's Let's Talk. I give to mental health organizations as that is a big cause for me. Great video!

It's the same BS for gym memberships. A few clicks online to join, but you have to mail them a certified letter to cancel.

This was definitely different for me coming to Canada, even if I'm coming from a country known for having expensive phone and internet plans. At least products very high quality, while all Canadian telecom companies are more or less a scam in my opinion.

I am thinking of switching from Bell to Beanfield they provide fiber internet in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. I hope it not too hard to cancel and ship my equipment back to bell

I have Fizz, they have a cancellation button in the account UI and before i was with teksavvy who with one phone call cancelled my subsciption no question asked.

Bell is horrible. We had problems with them in the 1990's with our landline. This was in Ontario

@dan vineberg i have had the exact same issue. Impossible to find cancellation. Impossible to get confirmation of cancellation. Nonstop sales calls to get me to come back.
