ഒരുപാട് താങ്ക്സ്.. പുതിയ പ്രവാസിയായ ഞാൻ ശരിക്കും പെട്ടിരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഒരു ഹോട്ടൽ രുചിയുള്ള ചിക്കൻ കറി ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ പറ്റിയതിൽ സന്തോഷം. അമ്മയുടെ ചിക്കൻ കറി യ്ക്കു വേറെ രീതിയും വേറെ ടേസ്റ്റും, അതു പോലെ ഭാര്യയുടെ ചിക്കൻ കറിയ്കും വേറെ രീതിയും വേറെ ടേസ്റ്റും. ഞാനിപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് ഒരു ഹോട്ടൽ ടേസ്റ്റും.. ഇനിയിപ്പോൾ വീട്ടിൽ മൂന്നു ടൈപ്പ് ടേസ്റ്റിൽ കറി വയ്ക്കലോ... എല്ലാവരുടെ കറിയ്കും രുചിക്കു കുറവൊന്നുമില്ലട്ടോ......
