When he started throwing out slang like Scooby-doo and Mandem, you could tell they let him have some fun with it and make Spider-Punk feel insanely authentic. He killed this role and Hobie is a real one. Can't wait to see more of him next March.

Shameik strikes me as incredibly humble, even before he speaks, but still has the strength to handle the responsibility that's placed upon him as Miles. Somehow he's perfect for the role...

I love Shameik's voice - it's been too long since I heard an animated character's voice be performed as if they are in the character's skin - and I noticed that there is considerable difference in dialect, timbre, diction and phonetic delivery, showing Shameik really fine-tuned Miles' voice based on the character and the world that birthed him. Wonderfully talented pro!
