As a Ramattra main, I can confirm that we are one those tanks that everyone thinks doesn't need healing, but in reality when we go to ult our supports don't heal us, and we get killed almost instantly. The one thing that all Ramattra mains need is a support that can do a lot of healing, so when we ult we won't die, or so we won't be holding up our block the entire time. Supports that can do this are: Moria's Colesence, Zenyatta's Transcendence, or a Mercy pocket.

So mercy can still do good healing, but when pockting Ramattra she will still need a second support to help, like an Illari and her turret.

im a dva main and a sigma/ram enjoyer. mostly what I like about dva is her versatility. She has high movement (like Winston or Genji) but also has high damage (like Bastion or Mauga), as well as one of the best shields in the game. Granted, her ult is pretty bad the higher you go, but it can still be used to zone a point or to get a free kill.

WHAT I DO to play Doom is I take a lot of PreWorkout and learn from your mistakes/weaknesses. With Doom, there will be times where you cannot play with your team cause you're doing no good. You have to be able to flank doing a rollout, try to kill their supports/immobile heroes/Snipers, have map knowledge and know where the health packs are. My weaknesses is Hog, I have to work on having him miss me with hook whether I punch laterally, punch lateral + slam laterally, block in front him to make him think he can hook you out of block then punch/slam in a agile way, or abuse cover. Again my two cents to playing is sometimes, you HAVE to flank with Doom and you can't be with your team. Create two Frontlines where you have the enemy team in between you and your four other teammates. If you LUCK up and happen to get a cracked Lucio, Sombra, Genji, or anyone that has dumb mobility/flanking capabilities and their good with the hero, it makes playing Doom a lot easier.

Gonna be real here, I am a Ramattra main, meaning that I like to play tank. Tanks are usually the ones who help hold up the front line, but still require help from their team. There was one game where I was playing stupidly reckless, like, throwing myself into the enemy with absolutely 0 chances of coming out alive, meaning not only was I making terrible decisions, but I was also costing my team the game. It was a genuine sense of guilt knowing that the sole reason we lost was because of me, and the mercy on my team made it clear by the Mercy on my team calling me trash in the chat.

Funnily enough as a Zarya main I picked her up as I found her kit interesting and the fact that I felt I could do most to help my team back in OW1 and I still stand by my principle always trying to bubble my teammates when they are in trouble, but I do admit that I do enjoy dealing damage and blocking the hell out of abilities. as a roadhog main from all the way back in overwatch 1, i can confirm that there are federal agents outside my house on a more serious note, the difference between a good hog and a bad hog is knowing when to use your abilities, he's like a fat soldier 76 when it comes to handling yourself- time your movements to the ticking clocks of your ability refills, and you'll get there- i would literally stomp the crap out of quickplays by timing hook and breather to alternate, getting attention by hooking and focusing their best tank, backing up into my team's frontline when their team came to support their heavy hitter, and only taking a breather when people stop shooting at me because roadhog's hp pool is so high that you can switch your thinking to "if someone's shooting at me, that means i can shoot at them" which is a lot more persuasive in getting people to back off than telegraphing that you're low by retreating to get a whiff of your mustard. oftentimes i'd just take a breather out in the open to get people to come into range while i'm not shooting

Ball player must be stubborn. If they won't, they'll never learn to play their character fine (because you WANT them playing fine). If they don't switch after someone asked to, keep attention on the game, NOT ball. That's the best thing everyone can do to win the match If ball dies that easy as you told, it's not really a good ball. Fine ball runs away, but he always comes back as a player sees it's necessary. Like, he isn't shield tank, so what others expect from him? To stay near? He won't, due he MUST attack enemies from the backline and create the mess in their crowd, it's his job. Teammates have to use chances to shoot peacefully while 5(!!) enemies give their full attention on ball and waste their abilities. If teammates don't get it and blame 10-2 ball while they're all 2-5... well, let them learn to play with ball then. Good ball doesn't leave the team, he just get his position and plays by the situation. As we all do Why no one blame other tanks who can die as fast as ball? Because we all need someone to bully and let the toxicity out. When someone gets angry by nothing, they starts playing awful, even worse than the worst ball. Think of it Another true is... the greatest dps with healers can handle with game without tank. I saw it many times by my own eyes. I didn't do anything, just moved the payload while THEY ran away from me 😂 If ball says "counter doesn't exist" he MEANS IT. Sombra isn't that hard character to kill if you have more or less fine aim. Yes, you have to learn aiming on ball due to it makes 50% of your game success. Duels weren't canceled yet, if Sombra shoots you, shoot back. You have ±600 hp usually while she has only ±200 (don't remember). What's the reason to be feared? Kill her back! Other counters? Stay away from Junk's traps and play carefully if they have Hog or Reaper. Never attack someone strong alone. That all For situations "wE dOnT hAvE sHiELds". Yes, you don't. If you know that, why do you always go in open space and let enemies kill you easily? Why others can play with ball while you can't? Wait for ball starts attacking and attack WITH him. Good ball will wait for the team. So you do the same. I can assure you in all things i wrote above. I say that as ball mainer who came through a lot of things and killed a lot of Sombras :p My main advice is not to blame anyone. While they learn from their mistakes and get higher ranks, toxic players stay in gold-plat, but delighted with their being "right"

Mauga's Voice actor is a power ranger...and a Middle Earth Orc! Yea, male D.va main here. l'm more the protective type, trying to nom most ults (and fail sometimes). Though in OW1 a Mei player was asking in chat if her ult is bugged (l ate it 3 times... haha). I do (almost) everything to protect my team with my matrix and throw in some random nukes to scare the enemy or nuke on top of payload to scare them away when OT is up.
