I love this video! However, I think the choice of hair installment (i.e. human or syntheric)depends on the person's long term goals for their hair. I personally chose stynthetic for two reasons: 1. Hair carries energy, especially locked hair and you need to be mindful of putting someone else's hair in yours not knowing anything about the person. 2. I didn't intend to leave it in plus 2 years. So why spend loads of money on human hair to have it thrown away thereafter?I really didn't mind how it looked once my hair grew out because my main goal was to retain length on my natural hair.

@@ShaneseDanae in Trinidad and Tobago we tend to use synthetic locs more as its cheaper ( I did it because I'm not interested in dying). But sis the Itchyness , the shine, this made it even more noticeable if I can only include a picture :(even styling to get a proper twist out it has to be dipped in hot water ( which will melt the hair over a period of time ) after a month I uninstall and did human 100% happier now .

I was watching another video of someone and she said her extensions shed like crazy. Do you have that problem?
@ShaneseDanae4 жыл бұрын
Nope mine do not shed at all. Maybe they were a synthetic blend. I know that causes it to shed

How can you decide the ratio for locks I don’t like the thick big locs
@ShaneseDanae4 жыл бұрын
Hey love! Your ratio is done by the thickness of your hair will decide on how many locs you will have. Macon Styles started my locs. They’re on KZbin as well as IG

Your extensions look so natural! Do you know what brand of hair was used? I plan on making my own locs and I’m struggling to find hair I feel confident about buying. Thanks for this helpful video!

I’ve been trying to find the brand of kinky hair people are getting because no one had added it in the descriptions 😭😭😭. I’m trying to avoid ending up with a human synthetic blend.
