Shanghai’s Top 10 Chaos: Luxury Areas Wiped Out, Takeaway Sector Disrupted, Citizens in Agony

Some Shanghai citizens said that the situation inside Bailian Central Shopping Plaza is not ideal. Many merchants have been replaced, and many new restaurants and new merchants have appeared.
Industry insiders note that food delivery has become increasingly challenging due to a surge in new workers. A recent article highlighted a person who earned 1 million yuan in three years through food delivery, inspiring others to choose this over factory work. Many express delivery workers have also shifted to food delivery due to new regulations, intensifying competition and reducing profits. As a result, food delivery workers sometimes struggle to secure orders. Orders slow down as early as 1 p.m, and order values are getting lower.

I had noticed this 2 decades ago in Shenzhen. Shops close, new ones open and then close, The mall is torn down, a housing development is built. People from Jinan buy entire floors, drive up the price and then dump the flats on the high. Late gamblers are left holding the bag. Eventually, the housing development is a ghost town.

You need to know that they do this to boost their own local government GDP. This bumps a certain individual into the central government seats.... Then when some people find out about this. They try to kick these people out of their towns. Hence why the label "triads".....exists.... And a lot of "perception" cheats.... And then scams. Lol.

What happens when everyone wants to sell but nobody wants to buy ? The exact opposite of the past 40 years good luck china . Even in america we saw massive sell wall at 70% home ownership rate..while in china its well over 90.. so a massive sell off is easily predictable here . In the US they NEVER sold even a 10,000th of homes that weren't finished at least 75-90% done with enclosed solid widows and walls. it's hard to know how much of this is true - I note that there are no independently verifiable references saying where the information came from. It's possible to pick specific locations where shops are heavily shutting down and film there. Likewise, China is desperately good at hiding truth, and the situation may be still worse. The only things I think that can be certain is the exodus of foreigners, that China has a big property sector problem, and that some areas are doing very poorly. This video however paints a society that is on the verge of breakdown. I do note however that there are unrealistic expectations which is one reason for my disbelief. I have never known any skilled worker land a job they would want within a few days of coming to an area. It simply doesn't happen. Interviews and recruitment procedures take time. 1 month would be fast in my parlance. 3-4 months more normal. People should also try to make their own jobs as opposed to believing that companies and systems just have them to give away ad infinitum.

I mean, try harder. Would you say one neighborhood in one city is how all of your country looks like? You need to try harder, actually much, much harder because anyone with a brain can see your agenda. I'm telling you, and without trying to show off, but i have lived in many places and also due to work I have been in all the continents.
