although I agree to an extent about questions about feuds with Charmed and leave it in the past, a lot of people don't follow what has happened since Charmed its a good opportunity for people like Shannen or Hollie to clear the air because for over a decade I thought it was Shannen being a bitch, Shannen wanting the entire spotlight but thankfully interviewers lately have been asking and giving her an opportunity to talk about it because there is so much more to it, like the fact Alyssa actually was not as committed to the acting job they were in during Charmed. And really, I stopped watching Charmed when Shannen left because the storyline got completely jacked and to just up and leave a show abruptly... sure you can do that but you should have good reasons to do it, you have fans, you have people who support the show so at least tell us why you left. For years people scapegoated Shannen and there was much more to it.

This interview makes me sad for Shannen, Holly and Alyssa. I kinda feel for Alyssa. Imagine living for the first time with two girls who have already been friends for a long time before you came along. That would definitely make you feel out of place. But I also agree with Holly. This interviewer shouldn't have brought Alyssa and/or talked about Charmed in the first place. This should have been about Off the Map and to drag Charmed (and the co-stars' old riffs) is just so cheap. I still love Charmed; it will always be my number one favorite show ever, and I won't lie in saying that I hope one day all four of the girls (Shannen, Holly, Alyssa and Rose) would be in one Charmed Panel.

I feel as though what Alyssa meant by “high school” is that there was a “clique” between Shannen and Holly. They’re best friends or at least were, so obviously Alyssa felt like the third wheel. Maybe in discussions Holly and Shannen would agree more, and not so much because of opinion if not more so because Holly and Shannen are friends which is high school-ish. Also going to high school or not is irrelevant because everyone’s experiences are different but the general concept of “cliques” in high school everyone is aware of and that’s what Alyssa was referring to. If 3 of us get asked a question for opinion, and my opinion always matches my friends opinion the 3rd person is going to feel some type of way. As an adult, friends or not friends, people should think for themselves. Also, Alyssa was probably referring more so to Holly considering that in EVERY interview Shannen diverts from the question of “why did you leave? Was it because of Alyssa?” and Holly gets SUPER defensive. Holly having Shannen around couldn’t think for herself probably and so it wasn’t beef between Shannen and Alyssa but probably more issues about the fact that Holly was more childish with Shannen around and being that Shannen wanted out of the show it was the obvious solution to let her go. Shannen is painted as being “difficult” to work with but her professionalism shows through in EVERY interview as does Alyssa’s. Holly just seems very sarcastic and bitter about it all.

Emolga I hated the first 3 seasons of Charmed. Prue was always the witch on top while Piper and Phoebe were in the shadows. I loved when that when Paige was found, it wasn't all about one witch fighting demons. It was about all the sisters working together like the show intended it to be.

Rose is too vulgar in my opinion and Alyssa was too much worried about her look, tight dresses, new hair style anyway it is only a detail. Also, a lot of people were hoping that Shannen will be back like they used to call ancestors or their grandma. When Prue died, the show was not the same, a lot of other characters came into. It was not only demons and evil, it centered too much on their private lives, like love or work. I used to watch also because of Cole, cause he was an important character too. After that, the show was going down and down, that is why it had to stop.

I feel like what bothers them the most its the fact that Alyssa talks about them but OVERALL, trying to make it "look", that it was like "HIGH SCHOOL" and the problem was because Holly and Shannen were best friends and they "bullied" or ignore her, JUST BECAUSE. She definitely is. 1. She didn't like how much attention and popularity Alyssa was getting on the show so she created issues for everyone. 2. She gave the charmed producers an ultimatum "her or me" she assumed they'd choose her because she was the first one cast at the beginning and she was close with producers, they picked Alyssa and she left. 3. She expected Holly to leave too and has said in interviews "Holly wouldn't continue without me she wants to leave now that I'm gone!!" Holly's people said she had never any intention of leaving. 4. When asked to describe Alyssa Milano in 3 words she said "pretty...... Eh pretty and hmmmm pretty?" 5. When she left charmed she did nothing but bad mouth Alyssa saying Alyssa was lazy and hated being on the show and she should be gone and she hated working with people who didn't love their jobs Alyssa being one of them. Which is funny because before that Alyssa was on who's the boss for 10 years alongside movies and no one ever had a bad word to say about her, Shannen joined 90210 after charmed and was kicked off because she kept causing problems with the cast. 6. At public events such as the Australian Q and As (Brisbane, Adelaide etc) when asked about Alyssa Milano she either made snide remarks, her and holly made faces or they remarked that they'd write a book about it all. They even brought Brian Krause into it because Brian and Alyssa dated when they were in charmed and Shannen kept making remarks and smirking saying Brian made a big mistake dating a co star on charmed "HINT HINT". I don't have to have met someone to know they're a mean girl, the proof is in her body language whenever Alyssa is even mentioned. Holly is just a small part of it. Her and Shannen were friends way before charmed and Shannen got Holly the part on charmed so she owes her, she just goes along with whatever drama Shannen is stirring up anywhere she goes. Deep down, I'd say Holly is a good person, Shannen just brings out a bad side of her.

Katie Lynch I actually agree with everything that you said, especially numbers 2 & 3. I also have seen that interview when Shannen was asked to describe Alyssa. I noticed that in almost all of her interviews, she either keeps mum about Alyssa or making snide remarks about her. Holly, on the other hand, while it's true she always make fun of Brian about dating Alyssa whenever it was brought up in any Charmed Panels, I also think she and Alyssa may not have a bad blood against each other. They may not be as close as she and Shannen was, but it seems to me that they are civil, not frenemies.

All 3 seasons that had prue seemed to focus on prue more because she had the most active power. I would have liked to see their powers grow to full potential. I did not like how they did pheobes power at all, i dont think they knew what to do with her visions once she became an empath nor did they know how to explain the change her powers were going thru once she lost her empathy powers temporarily, so they found a different way to remove her power by saying it was personal gain. I would have loved to see pheobe become a full telepath. The show became boring around season 4 but it was still watcheable. It just lacked a certain energy. I wonder if prues power would have ended up like billy's. Oh what would have been!

Like they needed to explain the same way they did with pipers power of slowing down molecules to the point of freezing people and speeding them up to the point of combustion/exploding. Astral projection they could all do as we all saw with the zankou (however you spell it) vanquish, so it didn’t really tie in with prue’s telekinesis but levitation could have. And phoebes premonition power would’ve been better if it advanced to the point of being able to get them on command and then eventually being able to feel what others feel and even further hear thoughts (telepath) as active powers since it all falls in the “psychic” category or maybe even make people see what she wanted them to see like projecting her premonition power onto them. Something relative instead of completely random.

I LOVED every single season Yes, there were lots of times where I was like "What the heck are they doing with this show?" But, I still loved it. Naaaaaah. If you look at a LOT of interviews holly has done with Shannen (especially the live at Brisbane shows I've seen recently the Q and As) they always make snide comments about her. They even dragged Brian Krause into a few of them about dating co-stars (Alyssa and Brian dated I think it was about the time of season 3/4?) etc. I always ADORED Holly until I realized that Shannen brings out a really ugly side of her. They are like the mean girls and I think they hold onto more drama than Alyssa ever has. They're just bitter that they're stuck on a show that they had to create for a channel nobody watches and Alyssa is so successful. Don't get me wrong, I LOVEEEEEED LOVED LOVE Holly but God has Shannen (who blamed Alyssa for her departure but yet has been kicked off shows since and multiple co stars on difference shows say she's the problem) brings out the mean girl in Holly. I've always been a massive fan of charmed but since finding out what Shannen and Holly are REALLY like it makes me so hard to watch it and give them the respect they think they deserve.

I love these 2 women and have allot of grace for them. They are among some of my favorite Hollywood stars that did not turn out into a mess and they are modest. Very respectable and lady like they know how to keep their personal life out of the lime light which reminds me of one of my other favorites like Sandra Bullock. It holds allot of weight when I say favorites because I only have a small number of favorites that I have high regards for and allot of respect for for being clean and modest for the duration I have known these actresses and to me they are the role model for women. Sorry Opra you do not win a spot, you kiss up too much to the elites.

I can tell you all what REALLY happened on Charmed. Everything was fine in the beginning. I have an uncle who works in Hollywood as a producer. Now I have to say "ALLEGEDLY" for legalities and such. In the beginning things were fine. Alyssa was the reason for the feud and drama! She changed when she started to have problems in her marriage. It also did not help the fact that WB was not very good to the girls. Budget cuts, so on and so forth. Alyssa started to complain about it all due to the stress of her marriage falling....making it miserable for everyone else...and Shannen couldn't take it anymore and just walked. That's what happened on Charmed...now you know! Alyssa's failed marriage caused drama on the show behind the scenes.

Also I love all all four characters in order 1:Phoebe 2:Prue 3:Piper 4:Paige. Notice how I said characters and not actresses. I don’t know them personally so I can’t say I like one more than the other. I related to phoebe the most as the black sheep. Prue I admired for being the strongest and most protective sister. Piper’s pessimism was very humorous and Paige well she was stubborn but her character was a filler let’s be real there wasn’t really that much to her in my opinion (I love Rose McGowan though she... well she is BRAVE lol) I wish Prue could’ve stayed alive and I wish the show would’ve centered more on the growth of their magic more so than their love lives and what not. But on a real note shows have a budget and special effects are pricey so I get it.

Holly seemed to be the most powerful one of the show with her story lines being the most important. I just assumed both girls hate Shannon and that's why she left over Alyssa. I wonder how they got along with Rose.

Holly and Shannon are best friends Shannon was killed of due to arguments with Alyssa cause Alyssa wanted more screen time while Shannon and the creator of the show planned on making it more dark as it went along and they killed off Prue due to Phoebe and Cole being so popular so the creator left, and Holly had to stay because of her contract but she was gonna quit because they fired Shannon who was off promoting the show over seas when they let her know

I knew there were issues but I never realised they wanted to make the show darker - I think that would have been well received personally. The show completely went in the opposite direction and in my opinion, further downhill with each season.

I didnt know this but Shannen and Holly were friends BEFORE Charmed. Actually didnt want to read the script that Aaron Spelling sent her because she already worked with him in 90210 but Holly convinced that it was good, then Shannen accepted but with the condition of being part of the casting and proposed Holly to be one of the sisters, long short... the network didnt want Holly but they loved Shannen, so she said that she wouldnt do it without Holly and thats why they gave her the job... With Rose , I think they all got along but were never really friends, if you see now Holly and Brian dont seem fond of Alyssa either but they kept it professional while working together

Dame holly who played piper on charmed put her co- star Alyssa milano in her place. 6:10. 👈 NOW that's how you shade a co- worker you don't like. She roasted 🔥 Alyssa milano without using magic that's what I'm talking about. I knew Shannon Doherty didn't like Alyssa and was the reason she got fired. Had know idea holly felt the same way. Piper and pru made charmed a success anyway I'm proud of these ladies for being brave enough to tell fans how it really was on set behind closed door's.

Well, I'm glad she tried. We want to know what happened and they're being too tight lipped about it. It has been over a decade, spill the beans already. I think Shannen thought the show would tank once she left since it was technically her show (Aaron approached her first and she got Holly in). It must have stung like a mofo when the show kept getting renewed. It must have sucked for Holly to know she was kind of a traitor to her best friend. As for Alyssa, I think she was more into the men and that probably rubbed Shannen the wrong way. Its so sad that this kind of thing happens with women. A guy would never sacrifice such a good gig over stuff like that. Its better to cry in a Mercedes than to be righteous in a Fiesta.
