I think the Vikings should utilize a more conservative approach in the red zone so less mistakes happen. Sam Darnold was also constantly under pressure so they should keep a running back always blocking on passing plays.

we gave detroit 3td's in 3 possession and came back took the lead just needed a first down to win. So we did Sharpe's scenario and werent blown out. infact we had the lead afterwards

B...I'd like to see Darnold go through his progression better. He gets locked on to Jefferson too much and needs to find the open receiver. Jefferson often draws a double team, therefore leaving Addison one on one. It's time to let Addison eat also.

Vikings need to tighten up if they want to go further than a Wildcard game. Per the rules that is considered the playoffs, but to me personally that is still a precursor to the actual playoffs. If the Vikings can figure out how to beat the Lions in the Last game of the year then I will feel they are true playoff team.

The NFL also needs to crack down on these referees on closed eyes on certain teams. Like Detroit, Chiefs, Packers. I'm not only complaining about calls against us (vikings) but numerous teams. Certain teams get calls they don't even try to hide them, but call the every play penalty on us in the red zone but not opposing team why hmmm Darnolds head just about get taken off 2 wks in a row no call, 1 threw flag but picked it up wtf

i would give Darnold an A- on the year just because he locks on to one receiver and his bad interceptions have hurt the offense of the team the Defense i would say is in the top 10 of the league

Im gonna be honest. Sam Darnold is costing the offense a lot of points by forcing the ball to JJ. JJ is great but we have a lot of weapons getting open and Darnold is missing those opeinings because he is forcing to JJ. THis offense is too good to not have had complete blowout against the colts. It shouldnt have even been close. Our two losses can be chocked up to not taking the open guys and moving the ball. I think it was 3rd and six and JJ was double covered. Darnold went for him and we had to punt but he had Jalen Nailor wide open for a first down right in front of him. This kind of scenario happens too often. grade is a C

C grade he leaves a lot of plays on the field peoples running streaking down the field wide open he’ll throw the ball into double and triple coverage trying to get the ball to number 18 there is more than one wide receiver capable of making plays on this team he needs to spread the ball around, go through his progression in his checks and get the ball and other peoples handsbesides 18

Darnold gets a B+. He's had a decent year but he makes mistakes. I think he can improve and still could be an elite quarterback with a good team. He's young enough to improve.

Problem is the defense itself is slow, old, and checked out. Flores has them playing well above their talent level due to scheme. Give Flores the keys, but get some better talent on the roster. Our corners SUCK.

Darnold is going to get an A or a B from me. Mostly because I was not at all confident he would bring as much to the team as he has - so maybe that earns him an A. But - he's come up missing in several halves of games - and A level players don't come up missing for a complete half. He's no better than an A-, but at least a B, and a B+ is fair as well.

I’d say A- on DARNY. He’s doing very well and there is a ton of pressure on this whole team to kick a ton of ass this season. Even a B would be just fine. Don’t turn the ball over!

B but the vikings have to cut down on there penalties like they did on Sunday knights game. In a sent Sam is still in development stage he was on bad teams where he didn't develop right. His biggest mistake is he doesn't scan the field they need to teach how to scan the field. The lions aren't better than the vikings they only beat the vikings with 2 points it just a matter of cleaning up the mistakes
