If I’m having difficulty separating napkins, I just dampen my fingers (not too wet though, just lightly damp) & pinch the napkin between them so it sticks to the front & back, then pull my fingers apart & usually the layers separate. These pages are gorgeous & love the words that sneak through

Put a piece of tape on the back side of napkin it pulls of a layer and then another piece of tape for second layer works great

I'm gonna go to the free library around the corner from my house, then head straight to dollar tree lol. I was learning the decoupage technique to decorate a box. Don't be, just start :-). What is the worst that could happen? You could hate it, and then you just start again. If it makes you feel better, I have many flops and I am actually going to start a series here on my channel where I will film myself fixing up the flops.
