I was also married into a joint family.. or u can call it a toxic family, where I had faced domestic violence for 1 n half years. N finally I got divorced this year. Happy for u but i can't divorce cuz I have health issues n financially dependent on my husband n my parents too aren't financially stable. So have to put with the shit. A toxic relationship with no love, care n bonding but a compromise for the sake of survival. I won't be able to have an unconditional love for my future children from this marriage, it would be just karna hai isiliye karna hai. In my personal opinion, a mother can love her children when she loves their father n the father loves her back. Otherwise pr*stitutes bhi maa banti hai aur apni betiyo ko bhi pr*stitute banati hai, just an example. Maa word ko over glorify kiya hai duniya ne. First a woman loves herself n her self respect.
@problemsolution2678 ай бұрын
Joint family ka concept hi faulty hai. Aur joint family ke wajah se hi husband male guilt aur ego ke karan apne wife ko priority dene se jhijhakta hai aur husband wife ka rista nurture nhi ho pata. And this increasing joint family system in 2024 is causing more divorces n cheating in relationships, be it men or women. Cuz men want if subservient wife isn't fulfilled, he gets frustrated n hooks up with other n working women who already gets frustrated after working can't take shit frm in laws n her husband doesn't understand her, she too hooks up with other men, not thinking she is spoiling the other woman's house. Aur aise couples ke bachche toh aur jyada advance ho jate hai like hooking up breaking up with many before marriage n after tasting so many flavours such children can never have a single stable n ethical physical relationship - marriage. Hence, double responsibility of earning n household on women cuz husband alone cannot fulfill the needs of joint family is killing marriages. Nuclear family n one responsibility at a time on each spouse, either earning or household or sharing both responsibilities in a nuclear family setting can save the Institute of marriage n of course, getting a stable carrier at 25 yrs n marrying a suitable partner soon can decrease desperation to have sex with many n marrying other will lessen too. Both men n women should be virgin before marriage. It creates a sense of bonding n stability n no risk. It's a practical thinking, not regressive. Balance between modern n regressive thinking. Over of any can ruin the Institute of marriage n today's indian middle class society is the proof.

@nu8683 жыл бұрын
Yes, aborting a child is Shilpa's fault. But many of the desires of the women are unfulfilled when a woman marries such a dominating guy. I had not watched this movie. But little bit I know about this movie is that Salman wanted to teach a lesson to his wife by snatching her child made me thought that Shilpa's character was of a spoiled girl. This film is really toxic. We can't tolerate such kind of guy who doesn't let her wife to do a job. If a woman know how to safeguard herself and her dignity, what's wrong in modelling profession. At each and every point Salman directly or indirectly conveys the message to the society that the women crosses all level of stupidity, when they are educated and belongs to a rich family. And see the Irony. Those actresses who support Salman everytime and in every manner teaches us how to become a pseudo feminist. These actresses flaunt their baby bump, to show that how carefree and independent they are, but actually society had never slut shammed them for this. They make physical relationship to multiple guys, exposes too much, believes in live in relationship, search and marries to rich men, so that after divorce they can claim for big alimony from their husbands.

This movie not about Salman vs Shilpa Shetty.. They were just actor to exposed reality of short term love and marriage life of two different culture background people 😎same thing shown in pardes movie where girl came from sanskari background family and husband came from mordern NRI family in both case husand try to convert thier wife according to thier living lifestyle. So it is clear message that most of marriage is going to unsuccessful when two different background person do love or arrange marriage 😎so before marriage we should check all those thing 😎so we should thanks to this movie maker to expose reality of Blind love relationship 😎

Everything is wrong abt the movie .. I watched this movie much later when I was teen n felt so uncomfortable with d thought process Bwood glorifying such stuff is extremely serious. Hum tumhare hai Sanam is another such movie .. srk never gets criticism the way Salman gets though. Even madhuri.. she wa a huge star then n had d power to say no to film but she didn't 😢

Wow! If the movie is trying to glorify what are you trying to glorify that a women should work in a office and manange the house too ? Also about the slap scene have you actually watched that scene Shilpa Shetty was not just drinking but she was also humilating her husband Salman Khan in front of the masses in a party. Still he should have not slaped her. Also Shilpa Shetty is saying that she wants to do modeling after marriage. To which Salman Khan says that chose any other profession apart from modeling. How is the husband bad here. He actually is more aware that modeling is not a evergreen career at all and his wife should focus on a better career aspect. Just tell me one thing if you know that an industry is filled with casting couch corruption and drugs will you be happy if your wife is a part of it ?

India has an Abortion Act since 1971 which allows mother (>18years) to have an abortion without consent of husband. At 8:46 told in movie is not true

Movie is wrong about that women belong in a kitchen mentality Movie is wrong about wife caring for mother. Like seriously dude she is your mother not your wife's mother Movie is also showing the husband's character as irrational when it came to child planning Also if a wife wants a separate house with her husband then it is her right give it to her so that you as a husband can earn her respect

So to think that there were people that got paid hefty sum to write and direct this movie. And then, people got ready to play these characters. And ultimately people turned up to cinemas to watch and enjoy the content boils my blood and bafles my brain

Don’t agree with this one Shan. Yes, slapping is wrong, expecting women to just say yes to everything is wrong, but what shilpa shetty’s character did was also not right by any means.

I'm assuming by the background music used in this movie that Shilpa's character must have been shown villainous.

Salman presented in old films of his what he believed in personally…If he’ll do a movie like this today surely he’ll get cancelled or maybe not cause he has those loyal fans …he has always showcased this macho man image of his and always glorified these kind of actions towards women in his personal life too he has done these things but his fans still love him and defend his actions

they portrayed Shilpa as the villain in the marriage but whatever she said was absolutely correct.

Respect to Shan for being neutral and honest for making one video exposing misogyny and another video exposing toxic feminists in '4 more shots' .
