However something that isn’t mentioned in the video, is that once you have completed the game (possibly with the good ending or with 99% completion when I discovered it) if you return to the art gallery in Scuttle Town and speak to the mayor inside, you will unlock one final relic called the Magical Tiara. It will grant you infinite magical ability.

You'll need to Vorpal Sword in Main Street, and then after beating Hypno Baron, give the sword to a guy in the shop, and then give the hat you obtain to grandma blobfish in town.

From what I remember (it's been a bit) he doesn't show up for a while into the story, though you can get the blade fairly early on. It's possible he just hasn't triggered yet.
