This is something I've been wanting to do for sometime. Travel to China and train in the traditional arts in an actual temple. There are several schools that offer extended stays up to five years in their academies. All are positively reviewed and offer styles that retain their combat effectiveness while still retaining the philosophical and spiritual aspects of training. Yes it is rather expensive but I feel the experience alone would be worth it. Absorbing the local culture and learning the language to broaden my cultural horizons.

I'm 52 but wish I was 20-30 yrs younger to go do this. Considermost people spend much more than 100K for 4 yr college... this $15K for 5 yrs including food and lodging is a super bargain!

I'm obtaining a two year degree and am beginning to realized that college may not be for me. Yes I will finish my two years of schooling but after this I want to travel, gain some real world experience. I am barely into my twenties but feel that life is to short and that I should try to experience as much as I can and make the most of my time. So that years from now I will have a well lived life to reflect on.

Vi vários filmes de Bruce Lee, vi muitos filmes chineses de kung fu, acho bonito as apresentações de kung fu, porem, acho que os praticantes dessa arte marcial tem que treinarem combate, combate sim, esse negócio de somente dar golpe no ar, não funciona numa luta real não.
