Kung Fu is one of the oldest martial arts in the world. It is also one of the best. Always in even American films. I don't know of any Indian martial arts which have gained so much influence or helped any other culture much. Whereas Chinese Kung Fu began in China thousands of years ago and spread throughout the entire world influencing many other martial arts.

Shaolins never train army, they co operated under Ming dynasty imperial orders, not without hesitation, historically, the Q'ing army under Kang Xi emperor in 1723, burnt down & killed almost all South Shaolin fighting monks except 5 grand masters(Elders) & 18 fighting monks out of 128, story of grand master Bak Mei who rebelled & joined Q'ing army was tragic, continued to hunt them down & later assasinated by the only surviving famous female grandmaster Ng Mui.

great video! however i would like to point out that even though a large part of shaolin kung fu is based on Damo's teachings, there was also influence from chinese combat systems which predated Damo's arrival at Shaolin. therefore it's more accurate to say "back to India from China along with aspects of chinese culture". nonetheless, an excellent demo with superb skill!
