Клубът предлага различни видове тренировки - таекуон-до, кик бокс, бокс, савате, мма, корейските бойни изкуства хапкидо и кумдо, занимания по СИСТЕМА и др. Разполага с добре оборудвана спортна зала и предлага гъвкав график сутрин, вечер и през деня. Тренировките се водят от квалифицирани треньори и инструктори с дългогодишен практически стаж в работата с деца и възрастни. Има специализирани групи по таекуон-до за деца на възраст 5 - 9 години, 10-16 години, юноши и възрастни, любители и професионалисти, специализирани групи по кикбокс за деца 4-9 години, 10-16 години,юноши девойки и възрастни, любители и професионалисти . ABC FIGHT CLUB организира и се включва в разнообразни инициативи, които популяризират бойните изкуства като начин на живот, физическата активност, движението и здравословното хранене, борбата със стреса, справянето с агресията и вредните навици. Предлагат се и тренировки за спортисти на високо професионално ниво, с доказан успех, в лицето на десетки световни и европейски шампиони и медалисти.

The more I listen to him the more I see how his martial art is just the icing on the cake - his genius is really the transformation of the philosophy of the martial training in a sort of existential transcendence. Man, what a time to be alive!
