I have a question about the Shape Builder Tool. I'm using Inkscape v1.3.2 Every time use the Shape Builder Tool like you showed it only highlights part of the circles. What am I doing wrong? The way you explain it in the video is vary straight forward and easy to understand but does not work for some reason. Is there maybe something in Preferences that needs to be set different?

Please check for your Inkscape version. The Shape Builder tool is the first time added in Inkscape 1.3. It is not available in previous releases. Upgrade your Inkscape version to 1.3.2 (i.e. 1.3's the latest revision) and you will get that tool and some extra features.
