My first flight was on a KLM Boeing 747. It was amazing to be on such a big aircraft. A flight attendant let me see the crago and let me to on the top of the plane. Its was my first and best flight. Thank you KLM for such a amazing flight. :)

After all the PR from AIRBUS showing a similar design in the media that this TU Delft/KLM project had died. But I am happy to see that it is moving forward. However, if AIRBUS does not support your design then what manufacturer will build your Flying V ??? Do we need a "go fund me" page?

Just wondering: Have you ever considered to build a full-scale model and have a pilot fly it from a simulator, just like a drone/UAV. That way you can provide the pilot the very realistic haptic feedback of the real plane to an experienced person in a safe way and get better feedback of the experience of a pilot. Their actual trained intelligence with might provide you with details you’d never thought to look for in your data.

It's not about making this exact concept fly. It's testing and experimenting with new concepts, just see what works.

@@RobertDoornbosF1 alright that does make sense. I just doubt that there’s a better alternative since our current planes have the most efficient passenger setup and they’ve been engineered to be very aerodynamic. But who knows.

Thus will go nowhere. The problem is the aerodynamics, its the turn moment of the aircraft. Even in the largest wide bodies, during a bank, the individual only moves around the center of the aircraft about 10'. Im this thing, you ether keep the passenger numbers so low its practically not profitable, or you have people during up to a 100' upward during a bank.
