Guys don't get fooled by 1000 acres. It's just for marketing. Check how much land is actually for the society. Rest all will be built with concrete jungle later. The builder is just developing only the 10 to 12 acres. Prices are way too high knowing the current situation around.

Dont buy... they trouble at the time of posession with unneccesary charges. If you already bought then keep record of everything. Even for not paying demand letter money after 14days they charge 10.2% interest even for 1 day delay

@@nikhilmawale The possession of Vanaha phase 1 was on June 30, 2024, which means all buyers are eligible for interest as well. However, your developer is denying this, even though RERA has not approved any extension. Please stop promoting such builders.

@@nikhilmawale Bank procedure is not in our hand. If bank delay then who should be responsible. There are other developers who accept delays in bank procedure in clearing the cheque. Other builder accept 1 or 2 days delays.

The occupancy certificate is obtained by the developer but work is still going on.....150 year legacy 😂😂
