It would always be called a carry if it was slightly not over the ball. That's why the dribbling looked stiff in older videos. No one was allowed to do what kyrie does because it wasn't legal and therefore no one practiced that. Now you can basically carry it or dribble from it's side. Kyrie and others back then would be carrying every second. Same thing with "euro steps" and "step backs" and gather steps.

It's because even if you think Shaq is better, it's close enough that no one should have an issue with someone thinking one is better than the other. It's more about personal preference at that point. Hakeem was more well rounded, but Shaq to me was so much better offensively (I don't care about bag, I care about efficiency, which Shaq kills Hakeem there) that it outweighs the other areas Hakeem was better in. Wilt I can even give a pass because of the gawdy numbers (I have Shaq higher, but I can at least understand why people have Wilt higher). Duncan is definitely more a power forward than a center. It's like calling AD a center lol. They're power forwards that play the 5 due to matchups. You ain't moving Kareem or Shaq to the 4 no matter who is alongside them. Then the Moses take was absurd. Great player, but c'mon. He was basically a smaller and less athletic Shaq. Shit, Shaq's bag was even deeper than Moses. And I say this as someone who thinks Moses gets slept on too much.

@@Loski_YNWAJokic is better at Passing and shooting 3s. But everything else goes to Hakeem. As In defense, post spin moves, midrange and even 0-3 ft, he’s more athletic. Rebounding is actually pretty close but Hakeem still has an edge over in TRB. But the dream is hands down the most skilled center still. And he still leads in BLKs and STLs compared to all centers. And if he was actually as big or just as strong as Shaq, he’d probably be actually the greatest center of all time and possibly would’ve won more chips tbh. Hakeem was better than Orlando Shaq but Lakers Shaq was probably a little better than Hakeem. The only goat Centers that’s usually mentioned the most is either Shaq or Kareem, sometimes Wilt too.
