Ditto. I’m a 78’ born and was 5 when he was drafted. I was young but I was a fan of basketball even at that age because of uncles and my grandpa who were deep deep sports fanatics during the bird/magic era. I witnessed it all. From his insane boston games to his first championship to his last. Must watch TV was when he played. Those days. The feeling was incredible. They played so hard man. The whole dam league did. Not just MJ. It was a defensively great league then. Scoring was just secondary to it. It came as a result of great defensive efficiency. Not only that but teams then stayed together longer. They had amazing chemistry. Players knew eachothers strengths and weaknesses. It’s hard to explain but those days were just insanely great. Miss it dearly……🙏🏼😔👍🏼🤙🏼✊🏼

As a fan and former player, Mike has the most electric game I have ever seen, maybe on both ends of the court, and his mentality, although I am sure was tough to be around at times, is what led to his success. He also didn't try to get coaches fired if they didn't succeed like Lebron. He tried to strengthen the relationship. He took full accountability which I appreciate. What may be forgotten by some is the next season came around and the Bulls went 72-10. The first time they played Orlando early in the season Orlando actually beat them and without Shaq. Penny went off for like 38 points that game and I believe handed Chicago their first loss of the season without Shaq. That's when the media started to call Orlando Penny's team by some and the rift between Shaq/Penny camp began as later on that season Reebok did a commercial with Shaq and at the end of it he knocked a lookalike Lil Penny off the chair and following year was in LA. I know Penny and Shaq all good these days but sadly at that time was a rift.

@@topspot4834 I had to double check this article that talks about the 10 losses and yeah Bulls were 5-0 then lost. Here is the info. LOSS #1 - The Bulls started the season 5-0 and then lost to Orlando in Orlando. Jordan had a rare bad shooting game and shot 40% from the field. He did shoot 43% from three point range and scored 23 points. He added 7 reb, 6 ast and 2 steals. Pippen made 7/20 for 17 points. Kukoc added 16 off the bench, but on Orlando's end, Anferne Hardaway was hot. He made 12 of 18 shots including 4/7 from three point range for 36 points. He uncharacteristically recorded 0 assists. Orlando won 94-88.

The second loss actually was the Sonics who they met in the finals. That I didn't know.

I am from Serbia, Europe. In the 90's the whole country was under embargo (we couldnt buy a coca cola or milka chocolate in stores) nothing from the outside gets in, from 91 to 2000 and i was wearing Chicago bulls basketball shoes and shouting "Joorddaan!" while shooting a ball on a court in the neihborhood... Its insane how far he reached the world.
