I absolutely soaked up all the information in this video about SharePoint. The speaker was incredible - he made technology easy to follow - especially for non-technical folks like myself. Although I have never used it, I find that I need to know what this tool does as a Technical Recruiter. As a SharePoint 2010 Farm Administrator and Consultant I find Simon's videos a great way of introducing my customers to SharePoint. They are then able to ask me more informed questions enabling me to help them. I've got 3 separate teams, in the current organisation I'm working with, to sign up for Lynda.com licences. Maybe I should get a finders fee! ;-)

It is defined as the ratio of signal power to the noise power, often expressed in decibels. Much noise and not much signal, however what great presentation skills.
