Thank you for putting out these lists! I know if YOU endorse a fragrance - it has to be good! It's nice to hear about all the Niche and High-End Designer fragrances...But, for most of us, we have to either save up throughout the year and maybe get one or two of those pricey fragrances (unless someone loves us a whole bunch and we get them on b-days and christmas) - And the rest of the time, we are on the hunt for those hidden gems that smell amazing for $20-60 dollars! xoxo

I was so happy to see you include Lovely! I wore that a very long time ago as my signature scent. I did not have a perfume collection of any sort at the time and I remember I felt so fancy when I bought that from Macy's! I still keep a bottle in my collection always because it feels so nostalgic to me. I think a lot of people turn their noses up at celebrity cheap fragrances and that one doesn't get much praise in the fragrance community. You've inspired me to pull it back out ❤

In addition to the Sarah Jessica Parker perfumes in my collection (Lovely, Covet, Stash) love Still by Jennifer Lopez. I would also recommend taking a look at Lalique - they are very affordable here in Europe. You get beautiful, sophisticated scents in exceptionally gorgeous bottles. My favourites are Lalique le Parfum, Perles de Lalique, and Reve d'Infini. The latter is right up there with my favourite niche scents.

I love an affordable perfume that lasts . Yesterday I wore Delilah layered with covered in Roses mist to my daughter baby shower . I layered it with a pineapple body oil and st Ives rose lotion. I could smell it on me for over 4 hours . I sprayed a lot . Thanks for this video . I can still smell it on my Shirt .

I have Batikh and Shaghaf Oud Tonka. Just like you said, Batikh smells so good. It doesn’t last but for the price, I don’t mind respraying every few hours. Shaghaf Oud Tonka - banger! No worries about performance. It lasts forever and it smells divine.

I agree BDK Gris Charnel was too woody. However Lataffa version called Liam Grey is bomb! It has more vanilla in it and the cost is umder $30

Gris charnel is a masterpiece to my nose. On my skin I get the freshest sandalwood and tea note. It is in my top 5 for life. I'm on my 3rd bottle.

Omg Lovely is so…lovely! Same with Covet by SJP. I love little cheapies for around the house, or in between swimming sessions, getting in and out of the pool and entertaining. Something I can allow to wash off and reapply! I feel like the carelessness you can spray them with almost makes them smell even better!

SJP Stash (great Gris Charnel alt.) and Stash Unspoken (a little more feminine than stash), Jessica Simpson Fancy, Mont Blanc Signature, Jimmy Choo Illicit. Banana Republic! Like any of the unisex line! (Vintage Green, Tobacco and Tonka Bean and Tuberose Overdose are my faves) The Dua Brnad does great dupes of niche and discontinued fragrances even down to a release date on some. Faves are Berry Delight, Alienated Essence, Manifest for her and Amazonian Legend. Everything I’ve gotten from Julianna’s is spot on or better! I have Fuschia Affair, Santa’s Supreme, All That Glitters, The Village and Spirit of Mojave. Lataffa is my favorite Arabian House. Oakcha is pretty good too! Best presentation for sure out of the dupe houses. My faves are Morning Rain, Italian Cello and Kalon.

Great video! I saw Sehr is supposed to be an inspiration of TF Vanilla Sex. I didn't purchase Sehr because I didn't want just another Khamrah or Tonka vanilla scent. You didn't compare it to anything nor did your eyes roll back 😂 so I'll hold off on that purchase.

The only way I can wear Gris charnel is to put Xerjoff Starlight on top. Starlight is a syrupy sweet cardamom fragrance and makes the Gris charnel more feminine, sweet and gourmand!

Two affordable scents that I really enjoy are: Bebe Nouveau Giorgio Beverly Hills Gold I have not seen anyone mention these two fragrances, took a chance -blind buys after reading reviews posted on fragrantica. Btw, Express has a line of fragrances -The Alchemy Corner that are great for layering w/body mists.

I had high hopes for Été du Cocotier Jacques Zolty. Coconut, whip cream, vanilla, tonka bean, ylang ylang & jasmine how could this go wrong? It did. The Cypriol oil takes this in a middle eastern direction. I thought I would be getting a tropical scent. Glad I only purchased a 5ml decant.

I can see the comparison because they are both vanilla almond dominant. However Sehr is more complex, sweeter and has a lot more spice and character IMO. I owned VS and the performance was piss poor and the scent was just Okay.

That Batikh is 🔥 🔥 I'm a guy and I think it leans ever so slightly to the feminine side but I can still get with it. Copped it about 2 months ago. Performance was around 6 hours, but Ima let it sit in the dark for a few month and see what it do.

I first heard about Batikh from a male fragrance reviewer. He was talking about wearing it himself. I watch a variety of male fragrance reviewers. More than one wears fragrances that are marketed to women. Frederic Malle’s Portrait of a Lady is a favorite for at least two male fragrance reviewers. They wear it themselves. One of the female reviewers I watch wears anything, but her husband only wears female marketed fragrances. It’s what he likes. Remember, there are no fragrance police. Wear what you like because you like it. The only one who can stop you from wearing it is you. I love Batikh. I have not found that its longevity increases over time. 😩. Overspray and reapply as needed.

Hey gurl hey! I'm a cheapie fragrance girl and I love your channel because a dupe will always be around the corner for the expensive fragrances. SJP & JLO have great lines. I forget it's name, Black bottle but it's a Le Labo 33 dupe. It can be hard to find but Adam Levine is in that family and I've had it for years. As a woman I love layering it. My TOP Cheapie is Choco Musk OIL. My goodness I've had men, women, and children stop me. It's a great layering oil as well. For less than $10.
