Floppy Steak! Yeah that’s right. I follow instructions. Lol And I think for Matt’s achievement, I guess he doesn’t want to mention but he did paved a way for his brothers (J-Fred and Bryan) to build their own way of living and grow on their own. He started a channel and grew it as a company and gave opportunities to a lot of people. Opening them to a lot of other possibilities. Yes, most of them have moved on but that doesn’t mean that Matt never contributed something that they can take through out their lives. Team Edge was originally spearheaded and led by Matt and when it grew, he let it go and entrusted it to his brothers and look how they all grew and made all their lives and everyone that got involved in their companies better if not, at least they’ve gone a long way from just 3 brothers doing challenges in their home part-time.

Can totally relate with Matthias' claustrophobia moments, not being able to move a limb like in a cramped space, it gets soooo hard to breathe sometimes and makes me sweat more profusely, even with my shirts, when the neck or collar is somewhat tight or made from a material my skin doesn't like, it makes me itchy, makes my neck feel like there's something gripping it.

I love these deeper conversations! I actually gasped when Bryan mentioned his fear near phobia of sharks and how it's getting worse because I've actually had a phobia of them my entire life and it was getting better for a while but suddenly it's just getting worse. I really related. Also wanted to add, exposure can actually make it worse in some cases, I think it's gotten worse because I've been getting jump scared by imagery randomly appearing while I'm scrolling

Also a tip that I use to make my steaks better, is I start with it rendering the fat first, and also I cook all the sides of the steak for a better crust

That grapefruit beer is really good surprisingly! Definitely sweet like a cider but has a beer/yeast after taste. It's also 10x better from the tap. They serve it at EPCOT in the Germany pavilion! Very refreshing!

When I cook steaks I usually just season it with salt and pepper and add a little bit of meat tenderizer in a pan without any oil or butter and it ends up having a nice crust and is super tender and juicy
