Thank you for this. I do try to walk two miles a day, to keep symptoms at bay. I’m not fast but faithful to this. I am a 71 y/o grandma with no family history of this.

Hi Sharon, that's great you are able to get out and walk everyday. I'm sure it makes a huge difference to your symptoms. I have no family history of Parkinson's either.

@@LifewithParkinsons it is hard to say. I was diagnosed in Sept 2022 and had walking prior to diagnosis. I am determined to do what I can but I have a lot my leg jitters, as I call them and the fatigue issue is real. Thank you for your transparency; I find it encouraging.
