I love the walkability of PV. I don't want a car when I retire. I'm interested in checking out Lake Chapala. Would you say it's walkable to essentials or I would need a car?
@LarissaSokla8 ай бұрын
It really would depend on where you live in Chapala but over all its a small town, so I’d say it’s easy to find a place to live that’s walking distance to everything.
@dennishassler6055 ай бұрын
You really don't need a car in Mexico, but I love having my car when I'm in P.V. so I can take day trips and have the freedom to go where I want when I want.

in Guadalajara Centro you do not need a car .

Everyone is welcome to Mexico just as long they don’t change our culture and traditions and they need to keep in mind that noise and music is 24/7 and loud so if you want your silence Mexico isn’t for you , now another thing you need to tell your audience that obviously it’s cheaper here in Mexico for any foreigner but it’s unfair for locals because these same foreigners are making it hard for locals to buy or rent and they are being pushed out because they can’t afford so then only foreigners are the ones that can afford it also thecost of food for locals is getting expensive , so that’s why Many locals are very unhappy specially in Merida, Oaxaca, San Miguel de Allende , and many foreigners don’t even make an effort to speak Spanish so please when you are encouraging people to retire here please comment this situation because we are getting tired of this situation

Neither praise nor complaint; just fact: as someone who has long lived in a Southern California region predominantly inhabited by Mexicans/those of Mexican heritage, I concur that loud, boisterous, and lengthy celebrations are indeed a Mexican cultural phenomenon. This is a factor to seriously consider if a quiet lifestyle is important to you. Conversely, if you enjoy living in a more active area, with sounds that reflect activity, this can be a plus (not everyone likes things super quiet). The key is to either embrace the joy of Mexican celebrations or consider choosing another location. Oh, and yes-wherever you go, do make an effort to learn the local language; basic phrases at the very least and more if you plan an extended stay.

Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks.

@@YinusaSaheed Quitting may not be the best approach if you ask me. This is where an AI comes into the picture. I barely have time to trade myself as my job swallows up most of my time. *MARGARET MOLLI ALVEY* , a licensed fiduciary whom has made me over 5 figures in profit in less than seven months, handles my investments. I could leave you a lead if you need help.

Puerto Vallarta doesn’t have the turquoise water and white sand Cancun has.

You just showed the three most expensive places to live, lol 😂😂. That basket of produce would cost way more than that in Ajijic or San Miguel de Allende. It’s not that cheap anymore. If someone wanted to live more inexpensively, they would learn Spanish and not live in those expat enclaves.
