WOW, I can now believe you are the baby I held in my arms back in the 90s. You are doing a wonderful job with your videos. When you were about 4 years old I stopped to buy a bag of white potatoes but grandma sold out and you, Andy, with your tiny little bare feet went to the top of a tipped cart in a shed near the farm house and pushed potatoes down with those bare feet so she could fill a bag for me. We miss you all so much. When I got a letter today from grandma and she told me about your channel, Henri and I have been watching your videos for over 8 hours! Tell grandma I will write soon. he should mention the time it took for the plants he is showing to get to the stage they are at. This way us farmers get to compare with how fast their crops compared to ours. At least that's what i miss one this channel.

Yay the seed drop! Frost blue is absolutely gorgeous. I live in zone 9. Cabbages broccoli leafy greens and spinach are so difficult to grow here, for me. I found it’s easier for me to just grow them in pots so I can bring them inside half the day.

Andrew, thanks for the tour - though I spent my summers on the small farm Mom grew up on, I was never there in spring planting time, and never on a large farm (except for a few day-visits to Wallkill area as a kid). Nice to see what it takes to bring food to our table. 🥦🌶🫑🧅🌺🐄🐖🐎

Tell the ladies a little trick if you take a bar soap and scrape your nails on it then the dirt doesn't get under your fingernails. And if you use a moisturizing bar of soap that'll help with the cracking in your fingers LOL

Our low will be 33 degrees on April 2nd/3rd . After 10 days from now then I may transplant some outdoors after checking the long-range forecast again. I may plant my peas and lettuce/carrot seed mix directly sooner. I am hoping for NO more freezing weather on my second 15 day long-range forecast.

Both of those petunias are beautiful. I sort of lean towards the frost fire a bit more because the red is so striking against the white. But I like the frost blue's softer appeal.
