I wish I had answered this on the video. I have done eight magazine glue books from watching you this year. Gentle journaling has taught me a lot about my own art. It is relaxing and takes my mind away. But I’ve learnt more about collage. I’ve learnt about composition. What colours I most enjoy. Just cutting and finding is pleasant. Including elmbellies. I loved one quote you shared glue and don’t think so I followed this mantra❤ My glue books are my new art journals and I always include my little girl portraits in each magazine journal ❤ It’s a way to express myself in my safe private space. I’ve also made so many quiet quote books thanks to you Janet. No perfection just experimentation ❤ Gentle has been my word this year. I think it will be next too. Gentling adding bits when you don’t feel like a full process is pure joy❤

Good morning Janet, I am glad I came across your KZbin channel. I feel like I am coming home when I see your videos. So wonderfully relaxing to watch. I am surprised that Modpodge is expensive with you. But you get the same when you dilute regular wood glue with water. I use this a lot, I do a lot of mixed media and journaling and therefore make it myself in an empty jar that you can store for a long time (if necessary). Thank you for your inspiring videos. I think your construction project is a new /expanded craft station (certainly a new home for Saraphina) where you can spread out and have easier access to all your goodies with the spin of a chair... @Harmony'sCreations is on fire lately, she's been making and creating and making and creating like crazy. Hahhah, ransom letters are like goldfish: the bigger the container, the bigger they are. My letter box is maybe half that size and my letters are too 🐡 This was a fun project, so different and so creative 💡
