what to do if you have more than 5 dependent to apply on same WP application? The Eligibility question online only allows or max to enter data/info for 5 dependent, what happened if you need to add more?

So if a person is submitting a visitor visa application for canada with his depedent child who is born on May 01, 2002, and submits the application on April 01, 2024. Would they consider the dependent child to be eligible and under age 22? As of the date of the submission of the application the dependent child would be 21 yrs and 11 months old. Please advise.

Sir what if I received the nomination together with my son as a dependent because and he is 21 years old but haven't submitted the PR APPLICATION by my agent, what if he reaches 22 and PR application is not yet submitted? Hi Shariq, thank you for your video. Subscribed! We have a special situation in terms of applying TRV on behalf of our child. When asked "What would you like to do in Canada and how long would you stay..." should we choose "visit' or "move there"? and "less than 6 mo." or "permanentaly"? Since we have a child borned in China and we are Canadian PR. We would like to bring our child with us keep living in Canda. Thanks in advance!

Parents are not considered as dependent under canadian immigration law. Though there are programs to sponsor them if one is canadian citizen/PR and based in Canada.

yes it is and must be declared at the time of PR application by the sponsored spouse. if possible apply for the PR for the kid as well at this stage, as it will be hard later to sponsor them as such.
