Have you ever covered the shark attack on a 6-7 year old girl in the late 80’s @ Sanibel Island? I believe she was with her mom and her mom’s boyfriend-luckily she survived. I believe I read about it in a Readers Digest many years ago.
@Jazzykatt2310 ай бұрын
I never heard of that case. Hopefully Hal covers it. I lived near Sanibel and was in the ocean many times, even though I have a huge fear of sharks. One time we were swimming, and I saw a fin come up. I freaked out and started screaming shark which caused everyone to run out of the water. It was just a dolphin, but I was so paranoid. I think I annoyed a few people.

OMG ROFLOL LOVE your fishing stories! Laughed my head off. Let me guess your wife made you add a storm room onto the house and makes you go thru there and strip and clean before you come into the house! OMG ROFLOL I remember my dad tearing apart his cars in the 60s cussing up a storm as he went thru this... I KNEW you would be buying another car... how come? Been there done that too many times LOL
@Clarice-rp7mh10 ай бұрын
I think a mud room is a more appropriate term, and unfortunately most newer homes no longer have them. You should have a boot scraper outside near the entrance, you can strip inside if necessary but there is space to hang raincoats, store umbrellas, seating to take off muddy shoes or Wellies, a dirty laundry basket and storage for those shoes and boots that are only used for messy outdoor jobs. Every home should have one.

When those tigers take a bite out of something and then keep circling, are they waiting for the prey to bleed out first to then consume more? Does this happen often with only smaller sized tigers (6-7ft)? Was this shark going to predate but didn’t get the chance to because she had enough strength to flee or get help? I see where it is hard to tell.
