I have this one, I got it used and I already love it, it's quick to heat up and I can get straight to work, if I were still cleaning houses I would definitely be using it all day.

I got mine, used it for the first time, it works for about 30 seconds and then you have to stop and pump it again to get it to work. I expected it to keep steaming as I'm pushing the mop.

It would produce steam as you’re going back and forth because that will still pump the steam out.

I use a spray bottle with my favorite floor cleaner to spritz just after I've steam cleaned the floor and just do one last wet/dry walkthrough for fragrance without using the steam function because cleaners shouldn't be exposed to heat and steam. I get the whole using steam to disinfect and clean so I don't need cleaner but I prefer the smell of pine over essential oil in my shark tank which can damage the heating element slowly

So you can't use this on carpet? I would think that you couldn't, but when they asked what surfaces you shouldn't use it on they didn't mention carpet. Help!

I applied your demo as presented by the Shark Steam Mop...and scanned my kitchen floor with a BLACK LIGHT. WOW!!!!! I simply created a contamination cheese spread mess. Yuk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best way is to first vacuum!!🥴 Or sweep first....remember it's a mop😂😂🥴😂😂🤧😌👀🤫😤 so if you didn't do any then of course it's gonna spread 🥴🖐️😜🤭😷😝✌️😁😅🕺😂🤣😜

Waste of money floors doesn’t dry too much water goes on the floor hard floors doesn’t clean properly
