I've had mine less than a year and the suction just doesn't seem to pick up anymore...I've cleaned out everywhere I can find, did find a big clog in it, thought I got it all out but getting ready to try again...I did buy an extra warrenty on it so I may have to use that

I have this vacuum, got it 1 year ago. The brush will not spin but it has suction all the way down and the light is green. Do you think a new long connect part will fix it? Where do you get them?

Most likely, I get them off ebay. It could be the terminals are dirty as well. I think the gunk from disconnecting the unit builds up around the terminals and interrupts the electrical connection, or perhaps the force of disconnecting and reconnecting loosens the soldering. Anywho, the part is here if you want to try it but I'm no expert. @@cmdess after calling shark, they told me I have to purchase a new brush section of the vacuum. The light is green and it is sucking, the brush roll is just not spinning.

I just unclogged everything, cleaned filters, looked down tubes to see anything. Didn’t see anything. Tried vacuum again & it seems it KEEPS getting clogged once i use it. Any updates? The brush spins, trigger works & everything

Well I would check the lower motor head for a clog. If the noise is high when you turn it on, try taking the lower part off and see if it reduces the noise. If it still sounds loud detach the debris canister to seek out the clog. If it sounds normal but there's no suction a filter might be missing on the top part (the filter above the 2 white filters on the top). It doesn't pick up large items or wet items. Not sure what the symptoms are. It sounds like a clog in the lower part that just keeps clogging because it needs to be taken out and cleaned with a wire brush or brush.

Is there a place to store the attachments on the unit?

Not that I know of. I figured out you can attach velcro or similar materials and just use that and place the accessories where you desire on the extension wand.

The battery died on mine and Shark sent a replacement. Does anyone know how to replace the battery? I’ve found no help/videos online for it.

It's easy to find replacement parts on ebay. Might be under warranty. I had a supplier send me a free vacuum one time because of a small issue. Is there a reset button anywhere because mine suddenly just quit working?

I haven't encountered that. My top issues have been brush stops working and general clogs and the batteries failing over time. Sounds like the battery or charger are having issues, probably need to reach out to shark. I don't know of a reset function.

Agree....maybe they'll get there. I also wish stuff didn't build up around the filter in the canister. Nobody likes having to pull stuff out of there and you have to or it will lose suction.

at 1:45 , knobs are too tight to turn, even with turning the knob with a coin inserted into the slots.
