The roller jammed on my year and a half old teal IZ140 Shark RocketPro and to my disappointment, I called customer service and was told it would not be covered by the manufacturer’s 5 year warranty. They did offer me a new floor nozzle for $89. After refusing to buy the nozzle I was offered the nozzle for half price. I told them I would buy it if they waved the shipping which would have been $15.95. Meanwhile after watching this video I disassembled it and found a small amount of dust near the bearings of the roller which I cleaned up, reassembled and got it working like new. The only part I couldn’t remove was the roller gear for the belt. I probably won’t buy another Shark because of the warranty. I feel parts in the floor nozzle should have been repaired or replaced. I was also told the floor nozzle couldn’t be disassembled. Go figure🙄

That's why the build them this way. They purposely do this so you'll give up and buy a new one. I just trying to open mine up to clean out there the roller is.
