I just purchased the "LA500" Rotator Lift Away model, and have assembled, but not used it yet. However, the written instructions say: *Minimum* Suction is for carpets (to aid in maneuvering the vacuum), *Maximum* suction is for hard floors. Thanks for the review: I wouldn't have known you can separate the upper unit from the floor ("head"?) unit, to use with the elongated tubular attachment for ceilings, stairs, etc. 'Pretty cool - more configurations than I expected.

How do you like the performance? I'm looking at the LA500C, as I'm in Alberta. I'm reading so many mixed reviews! I have pets and all laminate flooring. Hearing your experience after a year would be most helpful!

I bought the same model but in the manual in the available accessories page. It's listing things I don't have like the Upholstery tool, under appliance wand, home and card, detail kit and large accessory bag

I love my rotator i clean offices had been thru alot of vacuums this is the best i had . Too bad the company i work for dont buy it no more. Am getting one for home🥰

Great video...just bought one and under the canister when I emptied mine has white foam & under that what looks like a white much thinner filter...is that foam just part of packaging?

Can somebody tell me how to release the handle so I can vacuum? I cannot get it out of the upright position.

Put your foot on the base and pull the handle back, there is no button etc to press

Can you remove the canister then attach the head to the wand, so that you can get under beds? How long is the hose?

The hose is 8.4 feet long when extended, you can take the wand off the back (if you need to use it to get in tight areas) but the canister needs to stay connected to the vacuum to use.
