Barbara's right, the designs are a little dated. But like Lori said, that can be an easy fix. The designs are giving 2010s. I think more modern looks, as well as a variety of options (appealing to millenials vs. boomers are gonna look different) would help them.

They all could have and should have taken a chance on this. This is the kind of thing that can be successful cause it’s innovative and different. Application of this idea goes far beyond hollidays: advertising, business promotion, personal pictures, sports teams. The issues with the company are fixable.
